A Prayer for Your Spiritual Sight
We're living in unprecedented times. We're watching the news and media outlets waiting bracing ourselves for the worst. We're watching what feels like hell breaking lose. And if we're not careful, we'll allow the sensationalization of what we see to override what we know God can do and who He is. If we're not careful, we'll allow the master of deception (Satan) to allow fear to trump our faith, doubt to disrupt our discernment, and tragedy to triumph over our trust in Him.
My prayer for us is that we remember that we have the mind of Christ. My prayer is that we remember that we can pray and receive spiritual perception, even if what God shares with us doesn't make sense to other people. My prayer is that we don't allow headlines, laws, or any distractions to keep us from doing the things God has called us to do and who He has called us to be. May you speak the Word of God until it is what you experience.
